Kat Von D: To Conceal or Not to Conceal?

I have several things I use a good concelear for...I love to use them for my ridiculous under eye circles, the redness around my nose, and blemishes that might come up, and some unsightly veins on my chest. (Don't worry, I'll explain later!)

I've been searching for the perfect concelear for a very long time. One day, while searching the shelves at Sephora, I came across the Kat Von D display. I'd heard a lot about her concelear, and decided to give it a whirl.

***DISCLAIMER***
The Kat Von D Tattoo Concelear is not used by itself to cover a tattoo.  There is an entire systems that includes a concelealing pencil, the concelear itself, a matt powder and a fixing powder.  So please, before you decide that you hate this product because it doesn't do what it says it does in the title, don't!

The conelear itself comes in about 12 mL for $20 to $25, depending on your store. Straight away, I wasn't exactly blown away by the packaging.  The designs on the outside are amazing, but I do NOT like the tube.  There's no applicator, and it's quite easy to dispense too much of the product. Despite that flaw, the concelear itself is AMAZING!!!!

It's an extremely light weight formula that feels good on your skin as well as lasts all day long.  It also comes in a variety of colors, so it's really easy to find one that matches your skin tone: You do want one, however, that is slightly lighter than your skin tone.  And you definately don't need a lot of product to cover your face. It only takes about a pea size amount to do my under eye circles, my nose redness and my blemishes.  In fact, I bought the concelear in Late August, early September, and I still have over half a tube left, and I use it nearly every day!!

Overall, I will definately be buying this concelear again.  You get a lot of bang for your buck with this product.
